Your puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at time of sale. If your puppy is deemed unhealthy by a veterinarian your puppy can be returned for a replacement after we are provided with a letter of verification from your veterinarian. This guarantee applies to communicable diseases for one week from the date of purchase and congenital defects for six months from the date of purchase. The puppy must be returned in the same condition as it was at the time of purchase. We are committed to helping you with your dog, especially during the early weeks. We would like you to keep us informed about any health issues that arise. We are very familiar with the upsets that occur in the early weeks and we are prepared to help you rather than to have your dog become seriously ill. In other words, Do Not Hesitate To Call.

When registering you puppy we request that you use the kennel name of Snyder as the prefix and to confer with us on the final selection of your puppy’s registered name before completing the registration application. Sometimes we will have a litter theme. Please send a copy of the completed registration form to us.

Your puppy is guaranteed if he/she is unable to obtain an OFA# for hips and elbows as diagnosed by a Certified Veterinarian between 18-26 months of age, for an unCERFable eye disease and for Subaortic Stenosis as diagnosed by a Certified Veterinarian prior to the age of 26 months only. If your dog is diagnosed with any of these conditions within the identified age limit, he/she can be returned for a replacement puppy. We must receive documentation from a veterinarian of the disorder and the puppy must be returned to us along with the signed AKC papers before replacement is provided. This guarantee is void if the result is from injury, the dog has sired/whelped a litter or was improperly nutritioned (overweight/underweight) as verified through the dog’s veterinarian records. If purchaser chooses to keep the dog we will credit up to half the purchase price toward a replacement puppy, the dog must be spayed or neutered with proof provided to us before a replacement is provided.

If for any reason at anytime the Purchaser chooses to return the puppy to us, the Purchaser is responsible for all costs incurred (shipping ect.) and must provide signed AKC papers to us before a replacement is given. Except under the provisions listed herein no refunds or replacements will be given although the puppy can be returned at any time.

We are interested in the dog living a good life in a good home. If, during the lifetime of your dog, you decide for any reason not to keep the dog or find a good home for the dog, we request that you notify us, we will have first option to relocate the dog rather than have the dog go to a rescue organization.

Snyders give no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, except those stated herein. This contract is non-transferable. There are no additions or deletions from this contract ________. (please initial)
